I come across this channel about buddhism. I don’t know but after I watched your videos, I became more relaxed, I’m now more patient towards my parents (I’m always angry about them before), I’m more accepting towards problems and things I cannot control. so, maybe I am applying buddhism ways in my christian religion. Both sorrow and joy are temporary. Its a result of interaction with Mind and Matter.... .Mind is nothing but a chatterbox which consistently plays information stored in the Hard Disc.....it will either take us in the past or in fraction take us in the future....not easy to tame the Monkey mind but with constant practice of Mindful Meditation, our awareness levels of remaining in the present moment increases and remain calm while witnessing that this is the only reality......no person, place, thing or situation.....everything is within us....listen to the sound of silence ❤
