I had Arman winning but 1st round KO was the last thing I was expecting. Super impressed with his striking. Despite the size factor, I figured that Figgy had a championship skillset and would be super fast, so I honestly expected him to KO Rob, but he still had a good showing. Overall this was an insanely good fight night

It was a great fight night.. if only they could all go back to being this quality. How do you see Figgy fairing at BW after this win?

@@spicemma In terms of skillset, I think he has a good shot at being top 5 BW. And he's super fast and has power. But he has some absolute nightmare matchups like Merab, Cejudo, O'Malley IMO

Tsarukyan has been very high on my list since his fight with Gamrot. Which is a fight I thought he won, even though he didn't get the decision. He is so well rounded and I think he beats anyone right now in that division. I think Dariush is on the decline which is sad because he was always one of those guys who I thought could beat anyone as well. I was really surprised that he lost to Olivera and he didn't get a chance to fight Islam. I think Beneil's win over Gamrot showed how good he is and how he can deal with fighters who are wrestling heavy like Islam. It was a great card though for sure, prelims and all! I have a weird feeling we might soon be living in a world where Colby Covington is world champion 😅 I think Leon is a better fighter and of course Colby hasn't fought for so long. But I think there's a chance that Colby could do what Usman did to Leon in their first fight, but maybe minus the head kick. But I guess we'll see... I'd much prefer seeing Colby get his lights put out from eating a head kick.

Yes I wish Dariush never had to fight Olivera and got that Islam title fight. Looks like things didn't turn out for Colby. Maybe he even dug his own grave ! I'm happy for leon!!

@@spicemma at this point, it entertainment. I get it. The UFC is not just the promotion, its also the governing & sanctioning body of the sport when it comes to match making. Boxing has it different, look into it. It's very interesting

Hokage! You think boxing is better? Maybe it would have been for some one like Tony. I like the ranking system that the ufc has, but it should be solely based on merit for it to make sense. But you see the bigger stars leap frog the ranks :( In Boxing I think the match ups are overall weaker, because there's no governing promotion.

@@spicemma I wouldn't say Boxing is better, the match ups aren't governed by the promotion. That's the point i'm trying to make haha Someone like Beneil or Tony would have had a title fight a long time ago. Guys like Pereira wouldn't have been a thing. Who knows if he would have gotten to Izzy or had an short run to the Light Heavyweight title? But at least with the UFC you know you're getting the best vs the best most of the time lol.

Yeah boxing is better for the fighters. UFC is better for the audience and product (overall) if you ask me. I think boxing could be more interesting too if they had a UFC equivalent.
