Thanks so much Ben! This is an absolute Gold Mine! I got hired for a friend of mine to do social media ads because i'm a videographer and have been working in the auto industry for 3 years now. I never understood the back end and what it takes. I only did the videos and let my clients handle the back end, but for my friends company that i'm working for, he wants me to do both and i'm learning so much already. It's a lot of work but this is really helping me understand targeting customers in a whole new way. I actually want to pitch him the idea of purchasing your course so i can have a more structured way of learning everything. Thanks again for all your help!

Hey Ben, it would be interesting for you to show us the mechanics of how you go about optimising dynamic creative ads. i.e. when you want to remove underperforming elements within an ad, I’m not sure if you should duplicate the ad or not before removing poorly performing elements and adding new ones to test.

I’ve been running ads for a roofing client in the US for 3 months. The first 2 months everything was going well then it stopped generating leads though the metrics are good. And now for another in a different niche in the US doing the same thing. And all my other clients from other countries working very well with no issues.

Hey, Ben. Thanks a lot for your videos. Facebook gives the same ad set a new audience every 24 hours. So turning off an underperforming ad set today means not giving it a possibility to show some good results tomorrow with a new audience. Please share your opinion on that. 🙏

What problem does a home fragrance brand solve? 😅 that’s always been my sticking point. Like we help people relax, we help a home smell nicer - feels more like a luxury add-on rather than a solution to a genuine problem. Luckily, a lot of people already know about home fragrance though, so we probably don’t pitch to unaware people very often 🤔

I would say it solves the problem of their home smelling bad or boring. Which would be exacerbated by having guests visit.

What kind of campaign should we launch when we announcing a new collection of gymwear which will be for sale in 2 weeks. we want to warm and hype up our audience. they should sign for our newsletter and save the exact date when the collection will be launched. In the end our target is still to get them to purchase, but just not now. should we run traffic or conversion campaigns?

For instance, let's say you are working with a roofing company what would be some good ideas to get appointments or Leads for people who are in the problem unaware pot

Lead Generation Suitable Situation: When the primary goal is to directly collect potential customers' contact information and encourage them to schedule an appointment or inquire about services. Strategy Settings: Educational Content Ads: Design ad content to educate potential customers about the importance of roof maintenance, specifically showcasing solutions for common roof issues such as leaks and aging. Use infographics and short videos to highlight the benefits of the service and the importance of regular inspections. Optimize Lead Forms: Create a simple form to collect users' basic information (such as name, phone number, and email) and their needs, ensuring the acquisition of effective lead information. Offer Incentives: Provide discounts or offers (such as “free roof inspection” or “service discount”) to encourage users to fill out the form and provide their contact details. Call-to-Action Buttons: Include clear call-to-action buttons in the ads, such as “Schedule Now” or “Get a Quote,” and consider linking these buttons to WhatsApp or phone for users to directly contact the company.

Thanks :) Yes you can, but you will have to be very careful with what you include in your ads. It will be easy to get ads disapproved and your ad account disabled. I'd make yourself very familiar with Meta's advertiser policies

@@BenHeath Thanks, Ben. I have to run ads for a client. He is in my country but his target market is Dubai (targeting Dubai from my country), so my question is Should I spend the same amount as I do for ads in my country, or should I allocate the budget based on the advertising costs in Dubai? There is so much difference in our currency so does it work if I spend what I spend in my country?

Hi Ben, great vid. Thank you. Does this sound right: I find with traffic only ads, this happens, but not just for that reason. It seems to show people that have already seen the ad, and therefore likely to click. I know this because I invite everyone to like the page, so I can see these metrics. Therefore, sales do reach people on the fence, but not a huge spike in conversions, In fact, I find the inverse, because it's the same poeple seeing a new ad, and having a nose. The conversion rate slowly climbs and then levels out.
@BenHeath2 ай бұрын
Yes that’s right. You can fix that issue though by using a conversion based campaign objective.

All of a sudden in the last couple weeks the cpl has been through the roof and there are some days where I have 40$ cpls on the worse end and on the best days am getting an 8$ cpl. Is it as simple as running new creatives+ copy or is there something deeper than that?

I would add new ads into the same campaign most of the time, but not always. We will usually test new offers separately for example.
@micheleberto18462 ай бұрын
Starting a new campaign with new offers has no purpose for the matter of this video. We are talking about the same offer that sees a drop in results, isn't it? Why starting a new campaign then? This will lead to show the new ads to the most potential customers out there (that most of the time are people that have already bought from you in the past) so you won't have a clear vision.

@@micheleberto1846 there are all type of customers in the reach you are going to get so if you are going to spend 10$ for a day then split it in 5 and make differend ad creatives and messages to get the attention of each "layer" of customers
