i use bentonite clay and it does define my curls. i also notice that it greatly reduces hair shedding. i suffer from hormone inbalance which causes hair loss and the clay really helps to counteract the hair loss

Hey. Nice video. I have used bentonite clay before. I love it I use it with water apple cider vinegar honey and some essential oils. It's always leaves my hair soft and defined. I also follow up with a moisturizing deep conditioner.

I use bentonite clay to clarify my hair and scap. Be careful with straight vinegar because it's a mild acid, it will weaken your hair over time if used straight too often. It's best to mix it with water like you were doing. The water/vinegar mixture still stretches your curls. Good vinegar. Too bad you lost footage.

woodlyne Pierre the only thing that really cleans my scalp from dandruff is Moroccan red clay and apple cider vinegar mixed. Then follow up with a really good conditioner and scalp is clean. Bentonite clay dries my scalp.

Hi I have never used bentonite clay before so I was wondering how does your hair feel when you're done washing? Squeaky clean, soft, moisturized, dry, rough? Better than if you use a good gentle shampoo? Would you use it as your only shampoo? I am asking because in each video I see women talk only/mainly about curl definition while my goal is solely to gently wash my hair with it. Where I live I have to order it with international shipping so despite all the videos I see on it I have not made my mind yet... Thanks in advance for your answer!

HereDianna I know you're asking Praise but I thought I'd put my 2 cents in lol. :-) I love it. I use it with apple cider vinegar like Praise does. I don't use mine solely for washing. I wash my hair with African black soap, then I do the clay rinse followed by a deep conditioner. It defines my curls and makes it more manageable but I always follow with a deep conditioner because it can be drying.

Clean and soft while hair is still wet but more dry once the hair is dry so follow up with leave in conditioner

Have you tried clarifying before applying the clay mixture? Buildup can skew your results.
