Coconut oil!!!!!! Hair moisturizer, skin moisturizer, mouth washing/oil pulling... like... it’s great. But the like fresh stuff. Cold pressed and unrefined. Also, Aveeno positively radiant daily cleansing pads. So good. I need to try skin oils. 🤔 Thanks Jos.

I feel like Lilly hit like a second puberty this year cause I swear she has just flourished and come in to her own beautifulness this year and it was so awesome to watch! instead of getting sugar bear gummies (which are expensive & contain dyes) an alternative is plain Biotin. CVS & Walgreens usually have BOGO sales so you end up getting 2 100+ pill bottles for like $14. Lasts me almost a year! My hair is super delicate and tends to fall out a lot and I have brittle nails. Months later I'm loosing less hair & my nails are long & strong! :)

It's like you two are getting prettier every episode! Lily, the extentions look amazing, and that is the perfect lipcolour for you! Joslyn, I got my first grey hairs at 27, and they showed up as this white patch on my hairline right where my hair parted. I'm 38 now and last time I had my hair done, it was cut before adding the dye, and a part which is super short (almost half the head) was silver grey. I don't feel that old, not yet! 😂

Lily, your hair looks truly amazing! But about the Olaplex thing: Olaplex consists of the steps of the treatment, step 1,2 and 3. The products for the first two steps you can only buy if you're a professional hair stylist and Lily's bottle is the third one, which will do absolutely nothing to your hair if you haven't gotten the whole treatment done by a professional beforehand. Therefore it would not make a lot of sense for Joslyn to try it out because it is not going to work properly.

Lily, your hair looks amazing! I am a licensed cosmetologist and I use Olaplex in my salon services! Love it! However if Step 1 & Step 2 is not used in the salon, you won’t see many results from Step 3 (home treatment). The Olaplex service repairs broken bonds in the hair and prevents it from further damage. It’s fantastic! What kind of extensions do you have? Tape in, bonded or beaded? Once again, they look amazing!!!
