I AM 60 AND STARTED BODY Weight pull ups at 55 ,and it has given me a much stronger and cut physic ,and my shoulder and back problems have gone ,that I had for more than twenty years training with weights ,start with dead hangs ,there are many pull-up videos for beginners ,it will change your life ,

I use bands every workout. Also dumbbells every workout. I wear safety glasses for all band movements that are facing the anchor point. All bands will break sooner or later. Another excellent video and exercises !

I'm not sure which ones he is using, but you should seriously look at Bodylastics. They are a quality product, with much better anchors, tested to provide a rated resistance, and they have an anti-snap core. That means that even if the elastic itself breaks, the core holds and the entire band will not tear in two and come flying back at you. They cost more than 20 dollars, but they're worth the money. You can combine them and get some serious resistance them.

I’m a big fan of using resistance bands in with dumbbells. Resistance bands will snap from time to time, and it stings when it does.

I’ll add that in today today is back day except I have a machine outside so I’ll do it with that, right after my ice bath
