Looks delicious! How many oz would that be for the all purpose flour if I wanted to use a scale ?

Thank you! if using a scale 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour would be 10.63 oz. I only measure the flour in grams personally and that would be 300 grams. Thanks for watching!
