Heya there are a couple of things that can make a cake fall, over mixing, opening the oven before cake is baked or using too little or too much leavening agents like baking powder or baking soda. But the no one is opening the oven before the cake bakes.

Flour 250g Sugar 200g Milk 125g Salt 1/2 TSP Baking powder 1tbsp Eggs 3 Oil 125g Vanilla flavour 2tsps Add baking powder to flour and sift again Pour sugar into a clean bowl and crack the eggs into it. Add salt to the solution and mix. After whisking, add the oil and vanilla flavour. Whisk and add in your milk. Pour in your flour. N/B Pour in your flour and milk in two batches. Do not overmix.
