Madam, the video says, total plate = 20% fruits + 20% proteins + 30% grains + 30 % vegetables (which is equal to 100%) and plus 1 portion of dairy products and plus 30% sprouts? Please clarify

Hi, Sprouts will be included in your 20% protein portion. Only dairy products will be extra. ( Apart from 20% fruits + 20% proteins + 30% grains + 30%vegetables)
