Women who have PCOS are advised to avoid dairy products. In such cases, skip milk in the above recipes and replace it with warm almond milk or water.

Liquorice or Yashtimadhu has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine from ancient times. It is safe to use regularly in small quantities. However, it can cause high blood pressure and decreased potassium levels when consumed in large amounts or for a prolonged time.
