Thanks, for the exercises. For sprint exercise 5 on the right side (weak side) you missing external rotation of the hip compared to the left side, to fix do hip airplanes, got it from Squat Univerity. What is important is to be as balanced from side to side as we can be. And you can figure alot out by looking at internal and external rotation of hips and ankles for our base, then same for shoulders and just rotation of thoracic spine.

Do you think that this work skaters too? Hip is working little differently in movement but it is almost same.
