Lovely Dr Nighat. So good to see her chatting with Nadine. I was so impressed with with her on BBC Breakfast, all during the pandemic, telling us clearly what was going on. I used to think she and her medical colleagues must have been so exhausted, but not once did Dr Nighat mention that. A truly lovely woman with very lucky patients :)

Was so interesting to see Dr. Arif's personal beauty regimen. Would also like her to address basic supplements or medications post-menopausal women can try to address the very frustrating difficulty in focusing that became the norm for me after menopause. I am on HRT which definitely improved the physical symptoms but still have the focus issues. Thank you.

I would love a video about the menopause and skin.... my skin went mental for a time which is annoying as I always take care of my skin as I have very dry shedding facial skin altho hyralonic acid and vitamin c serums have been my life saviour ... Nadine you are fab x

Aldi Lacura has some interesting skin care in their special buys section sometimes. Love their hot cloth cleansers and their toner with 5 percent glycolic acid. With the costs of everything rising so quickly, I would rather look for cheaper products that I can use lavishly, than have to be stingy with more expensive things. The doc might be interested in some of the ceramide products in Savers atm. I find them better than Cerave as they have oats as well. Lidl has a micellar water for just over a pound that comes in normal or sensitive

I have enjoyed this so much. Especially because I have fond memories of Chesham. FYI The brand Milani also does a lot baked products which come from the same factory as Laura Geller makeup. Dr Arif, do have a brows on justmylook for brands like Catrice, Essence and Milani, you will not be disappointed. I would love to know your opinion on which type of HRT are more hair friendly please? I love this, so real & about what you need, & what actually works for you, not being sucked in by all the marketing, & feeling you need to add extra products/spend more to be doing it right. But equally that there are a few things that will be worth spending a little more if it makes you feel great 😍 For me it's nearly all supermarket/superdrug skin, hair & body care, with a few key treat items eg a lux lipstick for nights out

Aghhhhhh someone else has discovered my secret that is Essence make up. Cheap as chips but ohhh so good 👍 made in Germany. My local had a sale recently all the young one's overspending on expensive hype and here's me stocking up on essence. Then the cashier looked at me and says the best value for money..

Honestly, none of these are dupes for anything, theyre literally just cheap, pumped full of detergent and artificial fragrance, I can practically smell the dermatitis from here. I think the kind of “value” placed on hair is absurd. I wear my hair short and have for over fifty years. When I started to lose my hair from chemo I had my salon simply shave off what was there and was surprised that I was not at all upset by the loss. That fact showed me that I had a much more grounded sense of self than just what I looked like. I also lost eyebrow and some lash as well. It was an emotional eye opener.
