Commercial electric Diagonal cutter is what I ran on the daily as a cable tech cutting coax RG6 and rg11. 2years and have never let me down whether rain or shine. Little bit of gun oil and she’s still smooth as butter

My favorite are the Fiskars PowerArc Utility Snips. I can cut cables like these or even stronger gauge without issues at all - all day every day. Especially with the spring action which opens them automatically it makes the job super easy! Hardly ever find myself in a situation where I need these type of cutters at all. Pretty much only with *metal* cables. Not copper wires.

QUINN 7 in. Diagonal Cutters from Harbor Freight are better than either of those as far durability and blade life. You can get 2 for less than the cost of 1 of those.
