I appreciate the fact that you have experience handling clothes from ALL the brands you talk about. It makes this review feel much more legitimate. Thanks.

The best way to dress in "classic"...that way you don't have to worry about styles of the day..for example ,straight fit jeans

Awesome breakdown man! Love the level of detail. You're a natural at the long form so keep them coming. We're actually working on some new tees that should be a step up. Totally agree our first take left a little to be desired, so stay tuned for those.

appreciate that dude! i’m excited to make some more longform stuff and also excited for those tees!

I have multiple pairs of joggers from Under510. I'm 5'5 with short legs and the 24 inch inseam fits perfectly. Definitely my favorite pants. Looking to try some of their shirts next.

This was probably one of the funniest videos I've ever watched, and it was extremely helpful. Thank you for making this!

Peter Manning is a designer label, like Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, etc. So you pay for what you get. Everything is top quality, with cashmere sweaters, topcoats, Italian-made suits and selvage jeans. I have a few investment pieces from this label. The sizing system is odd. Since I don't live near their fit shop in Manhattan, it took some trial and error to find that a size 2 works best for me, at 5'4", 125 lbs.

I wish they were more affordable. I'm just a regular guy with a regular job.

Abercrombie is my go to, but they're having issues stocking short inseam pants/jeans. I hope they do a better job this year.

Peter manning prices really don't seem bad at all for higher quality clothing. I think you're just used to fast fashion prices. $185 for selvedge jeans is very normal

that could be true i did think about that, but i tried to make this from the perspective of the average person who might be used to buying $40-60 levi’s

Thanks for this super-informative video! I had never heard of Abbreviated but I really like what I see on their website. Do you mind if I ask what size pants you bought from Abbreviated and how they fit? I’m about the same size as you.

Appreciate Peter Manning calling it broad, growing up with a taller skinny brother he always called me fat. At least now ive come to realize I just have an easier chance to build more muscle definition than him

I really appreciate the info on brand new brands I have never heard of. However the price from most of these brands is just way to high. Especially for quality clothes it is just cheaper to buy normal clothes and get them tailored

Peter Manning is great, but I am too young for that brand, I want to look taller, not older.

I had no idea there were so many brands for the short kings. I only knew of Peter Manning, but I refuse to shop/buy there until they ditch that idiotic sizing system based on weight. Indeed, we are all unique. I'm 5'7" (on a good day!) but typically buy pants with a 30 or 31" inseam (the longest inseam these brands sell is 29"). I'm also around 185 lbs but have a 31" waist, so sizing based on weight would just be stupid for me. I can pretty much shop off the rack at "normal" stores for almost anything except for button-up shirts, which are invariably too tight in the shoulders/chest and too baggy in the torso and way, way too long. So I have always had button-ups custom made through places like Indochino or I had them made while traveling, e.g., Mumbai or Bangkok. Last time I was in Bangkok, I found a tailor in one of the big shopping malls. He took my measurements around 3pm in the afternoon and my shirts were delivered to my hotel by 8pm the same day. Back in 2019, I think I paid around $35 USD for each custom shirt.

I don’t understand why all these brands market to millennials as if short men don’t age. My husband is 5’2”, 130 pounds, and nearly 70 years old. He doesn’t want to wear skinny jeans. And unfortunately PMNYC is frequently out of stock. And what about suits?

Half the male population is under 5’9. So it should just be called “clothes”
