Some of the dead-clean or glossing movements already feel olympic-like even at more moderate weights, and seriously fun

Hi @MarkWildman, will you do a nerd math video discussing how you would combine the basic 6 kb exercises with squat bench and deadlift? I know you made a video using it as a warm up but what about if you want to use it for strength endurance. My weights consist of 16-20-24-32 and an adjustable kettlebell from kb kings. Thank you mark for all of your help!

My plan is to get the adex fat daddy handle and also get the Hydra. Can I get the add-on kit and still add the Hydra on top of that?

it's great to see how your form adapts and changes but does not degenerate when you go to a really heavy club. and it's true, combinations change everything. you learn how to jab, you learn how to punch, and the first time you try a jab-punch combination your jab is pathetic and you've messed up your punch. if you want to throw a kick at the end, too, it becomes a clown performance.

Question: is there any tips and tricks to performing this with a hydrocore hydra Adex Arc handle? I dont think i am handling the torque on the shoulder well due to how big the hydra is, and also the supporting hand is too far removed from the rotational origin.

@@MarkWildmancan I get the adex mace and 33 pound add on kit plus the hydracore hydra and combine them together? Or will I have to choose between them?

Do you recommend taping the handles or using chalk on a 70lb club? The old GLG ones have no knurling on them.

Chalk would be a good idea. I used some chalk when I first started doing volume cycles for single hand club 💪

@@Travishibachi87 I tried chalk this summer on the hotter days but it ended up getting washed off and more slippery from all the sweat on the single handed cycle.
