I forward his videos to everyone I know over 50. I'm willing to bet, by next year or maybe before, he will have reached 1 million subscribers. He is simply the best, with no BS. I love the varieties of exercises for different interests that you keep churning out. I was wondering, if you have not already done so, if you could do a few videos with subjects like - recommended pre walking warmups - recommended post walking stretches - recommended pre resistance training warmups - recommended post resistance training stretches - etc. This is to make it easier for your followers who need a quick reference on what to do prior to or after walking or other training. I suggest this bc you have many videos on warm ups, stretches etc . And we have to spend a bit of time searching for the relevant videos every time we want to walk. In my suggested video(s), you don’t have to spend a lot of time explaining the details of each exercise again. You can refer viewers to your previous video on the subject by highlighting them on the top right hand corner. Perhaps you can also add an explanation on how to make best use of the video during the introduction. Just a suggestion. Anyway, thank you for everything that you have done!

Love your videos. Will you please address helping people with foot drop? Doctors always tell people to walk for their health, walk for their back, walk for their joints, etc., but if you have foot drop, simply walking means the risk of tripping over a pebble or twig and faceplanting. Plus, you have to hike up from the hip because you can't dorsiflex. No one seems to really "get" it or "understand" the intricacies of what's involved in foot drop beyond an academic basis and something they've read in a few paragraphs in a college text book.

Hi Will - this is really helpful thank you couple of quick questions - Are these exercises good for stablising the knee? (I am having pain in the left one these days and, from your previous videos, I get the impression the knee can become less vulnerable with exercise - do these three count? And, silly question -- I guess walking is also good for walking right? What is the advantage of doing these exercises over getting out fo a long walk? Once again, many thanks Iain
