Bro you out here saving lives! I have had this pain for the past 3 years! This worked for me even tho my pain is in the back of the knee. Doing this a couple times gets me through my workout

I just returned from a neurologist. I have bad pain in the area you described. He swears this is not nerve pain. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years. Man I hope this works!

Make him do a Nerve Conduction Study. Period. Go on those results not his opinion.

Wow! I am currently recovering from Acl Reconstruction using my patella tendon. My surgery was on July 25th, and I've been in agony for the last 2 weeks. Through research (youtube), I've figured out it was the peroneal nerve causing me this excruciating pain radiating all the way to my foot. I found your video after countless others, and finally, I felt a slight pop or shift, and the pain is gone. Hopefully tonight I'll sleep more than the usual 45 minutes. THANK YOU!!❤

This is great. If it works but doesn't last long the tibiofibular ligaments may be damaged or weak. In this case, taping the fibular head in the same direction you were pushing it - and retaping every few days - can provide good support.

Also when I drive my car my left leg has lightning type pain outer side of lower leg and I keep driving because once I rest my leg no pain. I use my left leg on pedal as I move to reach the pedal and press the pedal it is very painful. But stops immediately when I take my foot off the pedal.??? At night the pain goes into my inner knee and if I straighten my knee the pain stops. Sometimes I think I have bone splinter but now I know it’s a nerve. Thank you for explaining.

This helped so much. Thank you! I notice the nerve was "swollen". thought it was a tendon at first. I didnt have any of the shooting pain unless i messaged it. Nerve flossing wasnt really doing much since i wasnt experienceing nerve pain down the leg just at the knee.

Yes thank you I dislocated my left knee twice and have noticed nerve pain just down my left knee and all down my leg I get sharp and burning pins and needles it goes down to my ankel as well so any help would be awesome thanks

I’ve been struggling with this pain for a few years. I’ve had some physical therapy but the diagnosis was a tight IT band and didn’t really address it. I’m a truck driver and sit for long lengths of time and only feel this in my left leg.

What if you have tingling there & also above patella too when standing and straighting leg & feel like i can't walk normal have to keep bent knees?? i get tingling above knee cap where quad attaches and below kneecap on outer side when standing straight up and unstable knees when shaking things like a protein cup or brushing teeth??

I have L5 S1 disc bulge and radiculopathy down my right leg with nerve pain on the exterior of my knee. This exercise is just meant to be a temporary relief and it won't do anything for my disc bulge, right?

My EMG test found "subacute to chronic axonal left tibial nerve mononeuropathy, localized to the level of the knee". I have no knee pain, but my leg has numbness.

@@supraflydynomite9425 OMG that sounds terrible. Are you mobile? If that's nosy just ignore me. I'll shut up! Keep looking for doctors. I know it's exhausting but don't give up! I'm getting numbness in spots near the bottom of my leg and I'm sure it's from my right knee. I'm trying to get a doctor referral and start working out more. We got this!!!

Lateral meniscus trim and worst thing i've ever done. After 2 surgeries and 2 years later still pain on outside of knee . Will pay big money for help .
