Good morning Sir. I'm doing well with your exercises thank you. My problem is there are so many others out there that I do not want to do. I find yours (well mostly with in my capabilities) as I'm 73, but I have trouble finding your exercises I wish to do. Eg: the upper arm dumb bell work out. Is there any way I can just find your exercises please, 👍🤔

What weight should I use? I'm a 85kg guy who never exercised.
@workout-guru Жыл бұрын
That depends on your fitness goals! If you're just starting out, you should start with lighter weights (5-10 lbs) so you can build up strength and endurance. As you become more comfortable with the exercises, you can gradually increase the weight to challenge yourself. It's also important to focus on proper form and technique when lifting weights.

Far too many exercises here

I understand your concern; however, it is important to complete all of these exercises in order to gain a thorough understanding of the material. If you feel overwhelmed, I suggest breaking the exercises up into smaller chunks and taking breaks in between to keep yourself motivated.
