Hey I have a question for this fantastic routin. What you mean by a 'round' is is it like the whole video is a round? because in the description you clearly describe the steps for how many times and rounds you do this per week. So does that mean a 'round' is one section of the video?

Hello, thank you for your question. The time it takes to start seeing results in your biceps will vary for each person depending on factors such as diet, body type, and genetics. However, with consistent daily exercise and proper nutrition, you can typically start to see changes in muscle definition within 4-8 weeks. What is a good weight to use for beginner/intermediate
@workout-guru6 ай бұрын
As a language model AI, I do not have personal experience, but generally, a good weight for beginners/intermediate depends on various factors such as age, fitness level, and individual goals. It is always recommended to start with lighter weights and gradually increase the weight as you progress and feel comfortable with the current weight. It is also crucial to maintain proper form and technique while lifting weights to prevent any injuries. Consulting with a fitness trainer or doing some research on recommended weight ranges for specific exercises can also be helpful. Ultimately, the best weight for you is the one that challenges you without compromising your safety.

Is 2 kg dumbell is okay for beggning? I am 15 year old and haven't do any exercise for too much time
@workout-guru5 ай бұрын
Hello there, thank you for reaching out. It is great that you are interested in starting your fitness journey! 2 kg dumbbells can be a good starting weight for beginners, especially if you have not done any exercise for a while. However, it is important to listen to your body and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger. I would recommend consulting with a fitness professional to create a personalized workout plan that suits your age and fitness level. Keep up the good work!

Can i do this for How many times a week?
@workout-guru7 ай бұрын
Sure, you can do this as many times a week as you'd like. It's completely up to you and your schedule. However, I would recommend doing it at least once a week to see the best results. But ultimately, it's your decision how often you want to do it. Hope that helps!

Are 4 kg dumbbells good to go..?
@workout-guru4 ай бұрын
Yes, 4 kg dumbbells can be a good starting weight for beginners or for those looking to tone and build muscle. As you progress, you can always increase the weight to continue challenging yourself. It's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard, so start with a weight that feels comfortable and gradually increase as you feel stronger.

we have to do this just once or we have to take in 2-3 reps..??
@workout-guru8 ай бұрын
It depends on the specific task at hand. If it is a one-time task, then we only have to do it once. However, if it involves multiple steps or repetitions, then we may have to take in 2-3 reps. Can you provide more information about the task so we can determine the best course of action?
