That's hard to estimate. It depends on the person. Your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor like a polar :)

hey guys, i can`t do push ups, even knee push ups. But i try really hard. What can i do?

Try just performing the up motion then reset with your arms bent and repeat. However, first try and do as many push-ups as possible in the time period until you honestly can't do anymore.
