डाक्टर साहब मेरे लेफ्ट पैर के घुटने का लिगामेंट टूट गए थे बहुत दर्द रहता था और घुटने में सूजन भी बहुत रहती थी फिर मैंने आपकी ये एक्सरसाइज जो आप बता रहे हैं एक महीने दिन में तीन बार की ओर बर्फ की सिकाई भी दिन तीन बार मुझे एक्सरसाइज पूरा आराम मिल गया डाक्टर साहब आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जो आप ने बहुत ही अच्छी एक्सरसाइज बताई है नहीं तो मैं सोच रहा था की अच्छे से चल नही पाऊंगा । आपको नमस्कार सर धन्यवाद जय हिन्द जय भारत वंदेमातरम

Sir complete acl tear.before 10yr in mri. But maine exercise se improve kar liya aur normal sari activity kar leta hoo.. But dr. Ko youtube me sunta hoo...To bolte hai yadi operation nhi karaya gaya to samay se pahle cartilage ghis jayega ..Vagairah.. Sir ye bhram mera hi nhi ..Jitna young generation ke log isse suffer kar rahe sabhi ka hoga.. Pls sir bataye aur is par video. Bhi banaye

Hello sir, I have partial tear ACL injury on 27/12/2021. My Ortho doctor gave me 1 month fully bed rest with only three types of basic exercise and I have to wear long knee brace while having exercise. Should I start all these exercises you mentioned in video? Or I should waite untill doctors next visit? If yes then tell me which exercise I should do in 1st ,2nd , 3rd and 4th week ?

Thank you Dr. Bharat.....your Videos are really helpful....thank you so much... i Hd injury on my knee ligament....long when i was 23, during GYMNASTICS before....now i m much better...now I can do running, jumping...etc... but some time at jumping or at an unbalance area...it gets little rotate with sound "kdak" can you suggest me for that.. I had full ACL tear 4 + year before, I am living normal life without surgery and there is no issue with my routine life.. how I can strengthen/develope my knee muscle.

eeska mtlb h......Ur meniscus will get more friction daily and wear out in future. It will lead to severe arthritis after 50 yrs of age. Budhapa me haalat khraab hone wala h....Operation krwa lo

Doc ji .. mera 90% acl pcl tut chuka tha report dekhne ke baad sabhi doctors ne operation ke liye kaha tha… par maine without surgery hi thik kar diya hai ab Mera leg fold bhi ho raha hai aur ab Mai walk bhi kar paa raha hu bas Ek question hai ki ab Mai future me pehle ki tarah run kar sakta hu ya nahi…agar Mai pehle ki tarah ho sakta hu .. to uske liye kitna time jaa sakta hai … aur pehle ki tarah karne ke liye mujhe kya karna hoga…

Hi! I have grad 3 ACL injury, and partial meniscus injury, dr advise for arthroscopy,,,but he said he can fix only meniscus through arthroscopic,,,,not acl, For ACL I need big surgery,,,,,,,,,,,need your advice,,,, God bless you, your videos r so informative,

Sir mera accident 15 din pehle huwa he complete ACL tear he or MCL me b injury he dr.ne abhi 6 week k bad operation krne ka kaha he swelling or knee pain he to apki btayi huwi exercise me kab se kar sakti hu agar kuchh jyada injury huwa to exercise se ye dar lag raha he abhi us per me weight ny de sakti hu

Sir Plz suggest do I need surgery as I am able to walk after i got this injury on 24 Sep 24. Their is a slight pain but I am able to walk, their is gentle stiffness in knee. This is MRI Report dt 15 Dec 2024. IMPRESSION: MR features are consistent with: • ACL significant tear (major thickness involving >50% fibers) with intraligamentous edema and haemorrhage, surrounding inflammatory changes, instability, buckled PCL with sprain changes. • Mild to moderate joint effusion with reactive synovial thickening & mild periarticular soft tissue edema.
