i really love her excitement.. the way she cheer us during workout.. i never forget "come on you can do this..." "make sure you count" "you do this everyday and you will ready for summer". thats what make me stick to workout. thank you Rebecca.

Eating healthy food are the most important (like Rebecca said) if you want to achieve the body that you want. My abdomen is on 🔥! Trying different workouts. Some are very hard but I do the modified. I am 66. Slow and it helps. That tee shirt or towel trick really helps as well. Now on to the cool down and yes I did the warm up..love you Rebecca!🔥😘

I love, love, love this! Your positive attitude during the workout makes me not think about how much my body burns and no matter how much I hate it during the workout, I always love how I feel after!!
