Some young biomechanics student tried to prove him wrong in a most complicated way so that audience believe him. The thing people who are just beginner are easily influenced by those people because they don't have proper knowledge, I'm following you sir from the start when I started working out. I achieved 140kg squat 170 dead and 90 bench within 1 year as a beginner. I personally recommend my all beginner friends to follow you because you only give knowledge that is required instead of twisting up biomechanics to make people believe they are right and gain audience hats of to your sir never stop educating us ❤❤

No "Muscle build karna hai toh yeh exercise karna chod do" is harmed in this video. Now one "Fitness Rathee" will come with a skeleton and will try to bust Akshay sir... I was a skinny guy and since I've joined the gym and followed Akshay sir, I've seen constant improvement and barbell row improved my back... as Akshay sir said "muscles can be build with proper studies along with practical experiences"... Well explained Akshay sir❤

I have been following Guruman's and Jeet Selal's exercise and fitness tips for the last 4 years, and I've also been following your advice for the past 2.5 years. The combination of all your tips has been very helpful, and I've been self-training to build a good physique. However, there's a new individual in the fitness market named 'Kashish Gupta' who is trying to prove everyone wrong by studying biomechanics with just a dummy skeleton model in the lab. Now, I'm a bit confused. Whilel believe his theories might be correct in principle, I don't seem to feel their practical impact in my everyday life.

Uh cant get any thing in any field by skipping basics..... Kashish says stop barbell rows squats deadlift etc etc bt these are basics.... I m Training from last 4 5 yrs..... And i only do compound old school exercise nd i luv..... I can squat 170 kgs dead 150 kgs bench 100kgs naturally..... I never ever skip bench squat rows press etc..... I dont giv much focus on arms still they are big enough naturally

Sir please teach us everything about stretching also. I wanna know is it compulsory or beneficial to do dynamic and static stretches in warmup and cooldown respectively, should I do stretching on rest day? or if possible drop a video soon.

Sir, mai consistently 6-7 month se hard training inside gym karrha hu, 4 month se calories deficit par hu., mera weight 92kg tha jise maine 72 kg tak le aaya, muscles v preserved hai but love handles avhi v hai. Frak toh kaafi aaye hai love handles par but wo Puri tarah gya nhi hai. Kya mujhe patience rakhna chahiye naturally ya fir mujhe koi specific excercise uski apne routine mein add karni hogi??

sir kya aap please progressive overload ke concept ko explain karenge aane vale video me kyunki kuch log kahte hai ki progressive overload matlab agar hum bench press kar rahe hai aur uske 3 set kar rahe hai to wo bolte hai ki 1 set me agar hum 5kg ki plate ke sath karenge to 2 set 7.5 ya 10 ka karenge aur 3 set thoda aur weight badha ke. or koi kahte hai ki agar aaj hum bench press 5kg ke sath karenge to kuch dino tak 5kg ka karenge aur kuch dino bad apni strength ke hisab se thoda weight badhayenge aur uske sath fir aur kuch dino tak karenge isi tarah thoda thoda weight badhayenge par actual progressive overload matlab kya?

Usko khudi nhi pata barbell bent rows kyu krte usne ek bar bhi nhi bola ki bo compound movement jisme progressive overload matters krte hai tabhi cbum uske coach ko bhut experience hai dekho ek baat jaan theoretical knowledge tum har chiz nhi smajh paoge gym jao try kro kyu ki barbell rows gave me better result i gain my size phele mai bhi ye exercise nhi krta darta tha but i tried ground reality is different

For me. The only exercises i feel most doing back workout. Close grip modern handle lat pull. Cause i don’t feel back while doing with other grips. Cable standing pullovers. Barbell row. Seated cable row pulls. Thats it. I rarely feel muscle while doing dumbell row, shoulder-wide grip pulldowns,
