2 saal pehle mai 103 kg ka tha. Workout kar ke 87 kg ka hua 1 saal me. Fir last 1 saal kuch nahi kiya aur weight wapis 100 kg ho gaya 😂. Ab 2 din pehle wapis Gym start kia hai. Training frequency 5-6 days a week in the morning.
