Hi mere it's Melissa. I eat dinner at 4pm. Your food sugg of C chs, berries and cinnamon works. But I have discontinued all eating by 530. I am a diabetic and am holistically treating my disease cuz I am tired of the medicine. So far I am feeling better than ever... Also with exercise incorporated in my lifestyle as u already know. Thank you so much! I’m in the beginning of my journey. I have lost 15 lbs over the last 4 weeks. I’m so happy to find this video. I have to take medications when I go to bed. And if I don’t eat something I get nauseous. So it’s been rough. I usually do a yogurt with a few berries. I hope that’s not too bad.

😊 thanku so much and for the tips of what to eat bec hungry of a night. Ur exersices do work with what u eat. I was a size 10 and started to put on a bit more weight and feeling tired all the time. So I have followed what u said to do. Never thought it would work but Omg!!! It works and felt better inmyself more energy. And I have lost some weight from hips core bit from my back and bum. Gone down to a size 6. Thanku so much for helping the community. I was eating the wrong things. 🎉🎉happy what u have showed us. And looking on smoothies to make and energy bars healthy to make please.

Hi there, @dklafit3864! For a low-oxalate vegan bedtime snack, try silken tofu with cinnamon, chia seed pudding with almond or coconut milk, or sliced apples with sunflower seed butter. Carrot sticks with hummus are also a crunchy, satisfying option. These snacks are nutritious and great for fat-burning! 🥰😉

You can use any of these to replace cottage cheese • Greek Yogurt • Crumbled Tofu • Soaked Raw Nuts • Cashew Cheese As for berries per servings id 1/2 cup

Perhaps plain Greek yogurt. The cinnamon and fruit really cuts the tang of the yogurt.

I live in Spain and they have something called "Mató" which is a type of fresh cheese from the goat and it's definitely not the same. Different taste and texture. I miss my cottage cheese from Switzerland. haha But yes, I think you can substitute it with greek yogurt as it is very light as well. I do that. Peanut butter doesn't sound so light to me. ;-) Especially in the evenings.

I eat something similar and use fat free plain Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese because I can't stomach it either. I add berries, cinnamon, chia and hemp seeds, and just a half teaspoon of honey drizzled on top. Sometimes I also add a few chopped up walnuts.

There’s no rules when it comes to cooking, if something needs to be switched for allergic purposes or just simply you think would taste better then don’t hesitate to put your own flare in it. I’m just showing you what I believe is the tastiest and healthiest :)

Thank you so much for these great tips! Since starting the program I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm feeling great and love the recipes. One question I have is can men follow this plan as well. My husband is loving my results and wants to get on the same plan. Would I just increase the ingredients for him to get the calories up a little?

Hi Meredith I'm 71 yrs old I bought your package oh 3 or 4 yrs ago but them my health took a nose dive. I had Afib twice then ended up with a defibrillator n pace maker. I do like Greek yogurt, however the brightline diet I'm trying to stick to does not allow sugar or processed foods. If sugar is listed in the first 3 ingredients, it's not allowed. I'm having a hard time trying to stay full.

First things first you want to make sure that you’re in a caloric deficit, meaning that you are burning more calories out than you are putting in. The best way to find this is by filling out your information in this link www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html and it will give you the number of calories you'll need to eat to lose 1-2lbs per week. If you want to speed up the process, that’s where your diet comes into play. Fixing your eating habits and having cleaner and less processed food. Curious, I've heard cinnamon is sort;a fat burner. 1. Is this true? And 2. How much cinnamon do you need to consume for this to be effective. I mean sprinkling it here & there? Is that rrally enough to do anything?

Is this to eat every single night, or do you have to alter it some times! Also any chance of some walking workouts for WeightLoss that doesn’t involve getting on floor. Obese with umbilical hernia makes it awkward to do floor stuff and planks. Thank your

Have you ever tried SMALL CURD cottage cheese? I don't like the big chunky wet stuff either. Makes me think of spoilt chunky milk.🤢😆 But the small curd version by Breakstone in the tiny cups is good. (They're sold in little 6-packs that break apart like those little yogurts) I have an aunt who takes one and mixes in a half tsp of (sugar free) raspberry Jell-O for a sweet creamy treat. She doesn't worry about the artificial coloring and sugar substitute in such small amounts though.

I don't feel hunger at all! I have to set a timer to get myself to eat. Hunger or wanting to eat starts in your head, but you could easily be thirsty right?

Try apple slices or banana and peanut butter!! Or any berry! And some dairy free snack alternatives brands are: kite hill, myokos, Follow your Heart, and so delicious if you like coconut!

I adore Cottage Cheese (eat it every day), Cinnamon (put it in my coffee) and Blueberries, but would not want to mix them all together. What about putting a dash of Cayenne Pepper on the Cottage Cheese & just eating the Blueberries separately?

Some people may feel hungry 1-2 hours after dinner, but I recommend trying the recipe to keep you feeling full longer. And hydration is key, so make sure to drink water as well.🥰💦
