Sir, how to overcome cramps in stomach while training abs....i usually training it at the end...and feels very bad cramp even after 10-15 rep (1set) and cramp persist for 3-5 minutes

abs cramp is regular, i also get it when i am not training abs regularly. whenever you start to get cramps, dont do any more reps. cramps will go after 2-3 weeks of regular training.

Bhai meri disc slip hai iss liye bahut si exercise nhi karpata phir bhi 93 se 73 aa gya hu but fat bahut hai body pe hanging fat hai bahut islie fat loss karne ke baad phir se bulking kar raha hu abhi 2700 calorie le raha hu ye sab ke baad ab batao ki kuch aur karna chahiye kya abhi jo kar raha hu vahi karta rahu aur dhree dhree calorie badau ya kuch aur karu? ( Hand and legs bahut patle ho gye the isliye bulking kar raha hu but stomach se fat nhi jaa raha bilkul bhi ) 😑

no, you cannot lose fat using these workouts... even if you work hard and burn some calories one small piece of sweet will ruin all the calorie burning, better focus on diet and calorie tracking than all these circus
