priyank vipal did veg keto diet for around 4 weeks and then normal diet with lot of protiens.as a vegetarian it's all about that paneer life.

Mansoor Fallah is not the only person who got help from beerBiceps. I'm one of the initial 5000 subscribers of BeerBicepss. Last 50 days was the game changer for me. After so many failers, I finally did the ketosis for 50 days. From 125kg to 99kg, I lost 26kg FAT. I really appreciate Ranveer to bring out this diet in my knowledge. Right now, I am on rest from keto and doing Low fat, Moderate carb and 1.2g per KG BW protein diet. 3 Days week weightlifting and 2 Days a week cardio is my workout regime. From my experiences, The only advice I'm eligible to give everyone is, "Avoid taking instructions from your gym trainers about your diet". For everything else check every single video of 2 channels @beerbiceps and @tarungill. It helped me a lot and hope it will help you all as well. Thanks Ranveer for everything you did.

Buddy, I was a pure vegetation for the first 18 years of my life. I started non-veg food just to try something new. Even now when I talk about Non-veg food when I'm in my hometown, my parents shut me up. Look, Ranveer does say that you can have a veg. keto diet with paneer but according to my experience, Paneer did ruined my keto. I can't say how your body reacts to that but for me, I ate paneer for 10 days (Only paneer and veggies) and my growth was not as expected. Right now my body is at 99kg, 5'10", 38" waist and 29% body fat. At 125kg, my waist was 44 and BF% was 46%. What you can do is follow a Low-fat (15% calories), Low carb (50% calories) and 1 to 1.5g Protein per KG of BW diet. Hit a gym, do some weightlifting and cardio at least 5 days a week. I am on this regime right now and I am losing fat. Not that fast but I am loosing. I don't have any target weight. Just want my BF% below 15%. Also FYI, I'm 21 right now. It doesn't matter if you are losing fat or gaining muscles. Either way, age does play a big factor. I am not an expert. Whatever I said to you was just an advice. It's your call to take it or leave it or consult it. All the best. I hope you get the physique of your dreams. Just stay motivated and STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLES. Cheers..!

Look buddy, First of all, I guess I'm not the right person to discuss that credit thing. Secondly, I don't care he helped him or not. He helped me. Do you really think that he got those 140k subscribers just by taking credit for someone else's hard work? He is sharing this story on his channel just to motivate viewers like me. If he earns some money for this then what is the problem? It is not going from any viewer's pocket. So please don't be negative. My weight loss journey taught me few important lessons which are, "Never be a negative person, Never give any advice to a negative person and ALWAYS Stay away from negative people. You please don't be one of those negative people. Stay Healthy Man. Cheers..!

mehul sha You know mehul, I was not willing to reply to your comments anymore but doing it for the last time. It is my body. After keto, I lost FAT. My stamina increased. I now hate sugar drinks which were one of my favorites earlier. My body is in a better position. Even if I get some drawbacks from keto later in my life, it will be a new learning experience. @@amiskyu Hi So it's been 3 years, and maintaining my weight loss and muscle gain. Was 113kgs when I started and now my weight stays between 84-86kgs. Which I feel is a very healthy weight for body. As I'm achieving the desired results. So keep showing up no matter how hard things may seem, but NEVER GIVE UP😊.

I used to weigh 132kgs 2 years ago. I weight 92kgs now, I'm currently on the keto diet to lose 10-12kg body fat. And my brother used to weigh 177kgs 2.5 years ago... he is 111kgs now with good muscle mass... It's all about proper knowledge of macros and consistency. Ranveer you're doing great work for giving knowledge about food and macros. :)

Hey amazing video...I just correlate myself with him as I was 156kg and now almost 110kg (lost 45kg pheww)... and my target is 85-90kg...currently been doing similar to what mansoor doing...glad to see this video as will keep me further motivated towards my goal...if it took me more than 30 years to become 156kg I'm sure 3 years time given is not tough as people say it's tough to loose weight... Hey Ranveer you also went through your weight loss journey and you don't have lose skin. Does losing 30 40 kg don't give you loose skin or your body can cope up with that amount.

i'm on my journey too. My starting weight was 117 kgs, I'm 98 now.. I'm a 24 year old female and my height is 5'7. People like mansoor give me huge motivation.I too will have a success story soon!!
