Upon your recommendation via Migrationology my husband and I had dinner at Paste about two weeks ago. I must say it was incredible. We even sat at the same booth you and Ying are seated in. The view is absolutely stunning at night. The food it was so flavor some and incredible. From the Durian cheesecake, various crab and fish dishes , and the pork bao buns were absolutely incredible. But I must say my favorite - had to be the lobster dish with crispy fish skin and sea grapes. I believe the broth is similar to what was in your crap - it's aromatic and fragrant with a hint of spice, chili and is pungent sour back notes. It was definitely one of my all-time favorite meals. Thank you so much for your amazing recommendations. We also went to your favorite massaman curry spots and it was delicious as well. Excellent video.

Hi Mark, we have been following you since the beginning and we are huge fans but we have to say, we much prefer watching you eat out of plastic plates on the corner of a busy sidewalk rather than the small portions of fine dining. We hope your family is well x

Spiciousness (don’t eve know if it’s spelled correctly). When I heard Mark say that, I started giggling and thought, “new word”. Have to admit, that crab curry looked awesome.
@diddlydooha5 жыл бұрын
hahahaha... there is no 'spiciousness" word -- at all! Mark just makes up his own words to pour out the deep feelings in his heart about how he feels when he swallows down the food -- which I think is way cool! Have you ever heard hi say giganormous when he ate a huge crab or something? He says that many times. lol

Mark, a very nice piece. I know this was almost a year ago, but increasingly I find I'm very curious about what Ting thinks too! I recall a video where you mentioned she is uncomfortable from a language perspective, but I think periodically viewers would be interested to hear her thoughts in conjunction - you can always subtitle, dub or translate!
