Just because in your opinion someone is beautiful, doesn't mean that they feel beautiful. It hurt me to see them so hurt with themselves, but I honestly understood where it came from. I think almost everyone has had these thoughts, but these girls are considered "prettier", so their self-doubt is less worthy??? I don't think that's true at all. No hate meant at all, I just think they SHOULDN'T think these about themselves, but they do, and we need to accept that and change it from there.

Then I found out in the comment section that they actually said these things about themselves, I started to cry immediately. It's so sad how they make themselves down and worse. I wish they could see the beautiful things that other people see in them. Dear myself, please follow your own advice too and don't be so harsh to yourself, so that it will hopefully affect other people in your life and change your and their way of living in a much more happy way.

me and my best friend are always supportive of each other. we both have a past in depression and eating disorders and though we put ourselves down a lot we are always there to pick the other one up, encourage the other to eat more when we don't feel hungry or haven't eaten in a few hours (though we didnt know each other in those times), we joke around a lot, and its just honestly the best. I'm so grateful to have her in my life because I don't know where I would be without her. She's made me more confident as a person and helped me in so many ways. This video, I think would be a great thing for anyone to do as I can see how it helps. we all have flaws. And I think practically everyone has cellulite, It makes us who we are

Honestly when I look at them both, I can't understand how they dont love how the look. I know that sounds completely cheese but they're both so beautiful. The brown girls lips are amazing, I love the way her eyes look when she smiles, I admire how she can pull of everything, including her nose. And the white girls is honestly really lovely, shes so perfect looking, her skin is clear, her hair is healthy and shes such a perfect weight. I cant believe how they dont like how they look, but i think everyone experiences this, we always want to be someone else, and when we realise that we cant, then we start to absolutely despise ourselves. But the thing is, even the people we want to look like want to look like someone else, its this never ending cycle of wanting to change. I think that the only way that we can be truely happy about ourselves is realising that we are who we are, sure we can get nose jobs and drasically change the way our face looks, but in the end its never going to be enough. when we realise that theres no hope, that Im going to look like adrianna lima or that youre never going to look like johnny depp i think that thats just the start of self love is accepting that you are who you are and that theres no one exactly like you. There may not be any reason as to why we're here on earth but Id rather go out everyday loving myself and not caring if others love how i look or not than staying in bed and not wanting to go anywhere because Im scared that someones going to judge me on how I look. life is short and it shouldnt be wasted on things that dont make you happy

Camille Duquet noome tought us we were all artworks. all they told us wat that healty was pretty. curvy was healty, so that makes fat ugly right? and it doesnt help that they dont teach us about bodytypes so we see eachother as to fat or to thin while in fact alot off us are healty. so we atomaticaly classify 1.unhealty people 2. people with "bad" fashion 3.people that we see as umhealty 4. girls that "dont have ass" 5. boys that dont look buff and so much more as not perfect enough. not realising that the only person that is perfect enough in each and every way is barby. and when a human being looks like her she is considered creapy. its hard to love yourself if you have all the reasons to consider yourself not perfect enough and noone teaches you any to love yourself anyway.
