he's explaining STRAIGHT TO THE POINT and knocking some common sense into us occasionally. I'm from Pakistan and this is the best food video I've ever seen. Subscribing! No chik chik no chuk chuk.

Amazing. Use of cast iron tawa, wooden spatula, millet, flaxseeds, ghee/coco oil. All this makes me so happy. Finally I have found a channel which I can completely trust. I do not feel the need to re-check the information that you provide since you come with well-researched content. This channel is extremely underrated.

This has come at the right time for me as I had stopped roti due to gluten; thanks a lot; I made it today, but the dove was loose; I had to struggle as I did not have dusting flour. What flour to be used for dusting ; is it it must be Sorgum flour only?

How do you make the millet flour? Can you just grind the millet seeds?
@HappyBellyfish Жыл бұрын
I have used a store bought flour. But it is possible to blend the sorghum or any other millet at home. You can either use a mill or a powerful blendder such as vitamix. Make sure to use a sieve to filter out the coarser parts of grains after grinding.
