Problem: American supermarkets and shops only offer ridiculously small packages of that light cheesecloth. It doubles or even triples the cost of your paneer.

You are spot on about flaxseed, my doctor told me to eat 4 tablespoons a day, it dropped my blood pressure a lot. I don’t understand why but it does.👍👍

Chia seeds are a very good source of soluble fiber , complex carbs and other micro nutrients, but not protein. A good quality protein will give you 24 to 28 grand per scoop i.e. 30 grams perscoop, chia gives 5.6 grams of protein per 30 grams. P.S. I kike ho you played thelast seconds of the video where you mentioned "pre and post" workout drinks . Pre workout our body needs simple carbs and after workout our body needs protein which digest fast furst comes whey then egg whites
