Hi Shrikant i love okra grew up eating them in our pinakbet recipe but it is made with fish sauce bagoong in my country so i dont make it for my family here in toronto...i just cut off the top and steam them and dip on lemon fish sauce ..i am happy they get slimy in my mouth and i love them anyway slime doesnt bother me ...one time i went to organic store and saw a green packaging of okra that was made like tempura ( a good idea but i avoid fried food) thanks

wow your recipe on pumpkin seeds is brilliant ..i onlu use it other than snacking the roated ones is add to my porridge... and i only follow italian ingredients in making pesto this is the best way to use them nutritionally coz your body will absorb them faster than chewing then first... absolutely brilliant thank you🙏🙏👏👏😋😋

love jackfruit stewed in coco milk back home in the Phlippines... i live in Toronto now but i remember mom would cook it plain in coconut milk sauteed in garlic and onions, but sometimes if we have shrimps she would add them unshelled and it was brought to next level of taste and nutrition ...my mom for me was one of the great cook i knew if not the best ..i love your channel that i found yesterday when i was looking for how to make dhal soup thank you 😍😍😋😋🙏🙏 and you're right the texture is like artichoke very mild...but the ripe is the best

Chia seeds are a very good source of soluble fiber , complex carbs and other micro nutrients, but not protein. A good quality protein will give you 24 to 28 grand per scoop i.e. 30 grams perscoop, chia gives 5.6 grams of protein per 30 grams. P.S. I kike ho you played thelast seconds of the video where you mentioned "pre and post" workout drinks . Pre workout our body needs simple carbs and after workout our body needs protein which digest fast furst comes whey then egg whites
