This sent me a "Recovery Tips" book rather than the promised 25 pages of exercises with photos. I'm grateful for your offer to share this free and hopeful to actually receive the exercises pdf.

Try earthing,go DIY a grounding mat, sheet or pillow yourself, it's simple and it's good for health and your rehab.
Good job! Stroke recovery is about improvement not perfection. Don’t be hasty, survivors😂

@FairyEncounter 🩷 it's coming up on 5 years now. I have learned that lots that I " can't do " , I actually can do with a little tweaking of the way I do them. I'm pretty self sufficient.

You mean you still believe in that fairytale why didnt your imaginary super power friend prevent your stroke
It is also very beneficial to stimulate the touch of the weak arm or leg, with various ways. For example, you can massage the arm or leg, or you can use a hair comb, to softly "comb" the arm or leg all the way down to the fingers.

We hear the word stretching, stretching should be stretched, So what actually happens is the left side is shortened, the length of the arm, the length of the leg and more... as a result of this the body has a tendency to close to the inner side, the left hand wants to turn to the right... the new proposal is to stretch the arm, leg, with dumbbells. And in addition, make rotations to the opposite side, that is, to the outside of the body. Thank you, Creator of the world, thank God. This will be a global revolution in treatment!
