The last part is important because it shows just how thoroughly humanity understands it's current enemy and how horribly underestimated humanity is by simply talking in the enemies native language which probably means the aliens security is probably compromised to it's highest levels. Damn 😅

This story actually gave me shivers at the end. It was the most frightening story I’ve heard in the whole series about humans in space conflicts. I can’t imagine humans holding back with such restraint while having such overwhelming superiority against an alien foe. All I can say is, damn!

The Admiral knew the Yoruban language and knew it well enough to speak it flawlessly. The only way humans could learn the language that well is if they HAVEN"T stayed confined to their space but had infiltrated Yoruban worlds well enough to at least eavesdrop on Yoruban speech. Given that the humans have proven stealth technology, the Admiral speaking Yoruban is basically telling them that human ships - probably armed warships - are moving around Yoruban worlds completely undetected.
