Here’s my leg workout 1. Fried chicken leg eating. (Good for the soul and a great way to get you in the spirit of doing a leg workout) 2. Razor scooter shin banging. (Really does strengthen the shin and gets you WAY mentally tougher) 3. LEGO stepping. (Since the feet are connected to the leg, you have to toughen them up too. Personally my least liked out of the exercises) 4. The W.Y.D.I.Y.H.A.Y.H.A.N.S.Y.S.U.T.S.A.F.A.P.S.T.T.M.W.K.Y. (When you’re downstairs in your house and you hear a noise so you sprint up the stairs as fast as possible so that the murderer won’t kill you) This is my personal favorite because it takes a lot of calf strength to sprint up those stairs. Also it’s easy to do, thanks to the fear and adrenaline you get from that horrifying experience. 5. Toe stubbing. (Sure, it’s painful, but at least you’re strengthening your toes. The good thing about this one is that you don’t have to plan on doing it, it just randomly occurs, and ruins your life for the next 30 seconds.) I hope you enjoyed this leg workout. And the 10 minutes of time that I completely wasted making this overly long comment.

Make sure you stretch before this because I just did this and in the single leg thrust my leg started hurting and now I'm limping though out my house.

No shit bro, u really think this guy just went straight into leg workouts? No. Stretching is mandatory before a workout, if u don't ur not only guaranteed to get injured but u also won't be able to do as much either.

Stretching is not actually mandatory before a workout that's now just a misconception as it is out-dated, stretching is only necessary for people who are quite tight in order to achieve greater ranges of motion. To warm up and prevent injury just lghtly work the muscles you're going to use in a workout.

Did this 3 times couldnt walk down the stairs without holding on to something for 2 days , even with stretching before and after workout xD Be careful not to overdo it if you are starting fresh .

i like that fact that you've made a full tutorial workout video. and shown the entire workout. some people say. do 10 reps. and they only show themselves doing a couple of reps. plus you did all this without rest, you did it fast, strong and with perfect form. goodjob.

How to do this if you are really out of shape or just a beginner, like me: 10 squats - just like normal 30 second rest 10 hip thrusts- if you can't get all the way up, just come as far up as possible 30 second rest 10 regular lunges- 5 each leg 30 second rest 10 hamstring single leg- I used an ottoman to do this one and struggled the whole time. Just do as many as you can with each leg 30 second rest 10 lateral lunges - 10 each leg, like normal 30 second rest 8 single leg hip thrusts- 8 each leg, again just come up as far as you can. These were hard 30 second rest 9 knee get ups- I just got on my knees and used my legs to stand, then went back down to my knees 30 second rest 10 normal squats Be in pain. Hope this helps

You should try to get up to the weight you should be, underweight is bad too. Thankfully, increasing your weight isn't nearly as hard as reducing it.

Killer workout man, at first I was quite sceptical, but then I felt the burn in my legs! I'll be in a foreign country for 2 weeks and I won't be able to go to the gym then, so I will be following this workout + another one for the upper body. Thanks, you are a life saver!

Sebas Enciso I do it everyday and some days twice as it isn't very hard. Within a month u will start to see results and within 6 months your legs start to look more like the thumbnail of this video. Just keep working your legs and you'll have strong thicker legs in no time

Stretch before you work out. people forget this. Or it could be your technique. If its none of these just take time to make them heal

May have patella tendonitis, chondromalacia patellae, patellofemoral pain syndrome etc. look them up and compare symptoms. But remember, just because dr.google says you have it, doesn't mean you do. Go and see an osteo or Physio if it doesn't get any better

Doing workouts like this? I'm sure he did. Some of these are rather challenging, and if you push yourself until failure, you'll see gains for sure.

I just get in 30 squats 4 times a day. I have a phone so I set an alarm to go off every hour for when it's time to start. For some this might be too hard but it's honestly a challenge for myself, to push my body as far as I can.

Dylan Maness Mate, I am riding 400-800km a week on my bike. Ain't into body building. Am into long distance endurance training. 120 squats with body weight is NOTHING compared to a heavy training ride up a mountain, over 150km in a day.

SimonGrowl yes I can see why you can say its easy since you ride for long distance but for people like he said himself that it's changeling he shouldn't be doing it 4 times a day like I said he needs rest days or he's not going to get the results he wants or if he just wants strong legs than yeah he will probably get those.

It could essentially the only thing to be essential in working out is tricking your muscles. And most of these aren't high ranges we would use in a gym typically worked for me.

Thank you for the upload and for your advice, Brendan. I use this as my second legs day in the week, whatever weight lifting program I am doing at the moment (RP21, 5-3-1, classical Push-Legs-Pull...). I threw in an extra couple of exercises like high step on the chair and single leg calves bodyweight lift. Most important, I bring every single exercise of the sequence to failure and I do 3 or 4 superseries, with a 90" rest between the series.

Andy Lannister If you have an issue with too much bodyfat, you should focus more on cardio and eating clean, in my opinion. But it's perfectly normal to incorporate musclebuilding exercises, so just keep on working hard, eating healthy and the work will eventually pay off!

Just love this one...I think this "Best HOME Leg Workout" would be so good to strengthen my niece's one leg..As she takes dance and now Scoliosis shows up..Terrific dancer since the age of 3 now she is in her teens ..Told her don't give up..This exercise everyday I think will really help her. Thank you..
