It was easy.....for the first 10 seconds until my abs realized what was going on and started screaming for mercy and asking me what did they do to ever deserve this torture. Damn this was a great ab workout.

Starting today, Thurs. Nov 5, I will do this everyday for 4 weeks Day 1 :) Day 2 :) Day 3 :) Day 4 :) Day 5 :) Day 6 :) Day 7 :) Day 8 :) Day 9 :) Day 10 missed today :( Day 11 :) Day 12 :) Day 13 :) making real progress and keeping consistency!! Day 14 :) Day 15 :) Day 16 :) Day 17 :) Day 18 :) Day 19, Thanksgiving! Skipped today Day 20 :) Day 21 :) Day 22 :) Day 23 :) Day 24 :) Day 25 :) Day 26 :) ¡¡¡Day 27!!! The last day!!! (Dec 4 is the last day) Chapter 2, I'm gonna keep going for as long as possible. I want to at least have a flat fucking stomach. Day 28 :) Day 29 :) Day 30 :) Update: I have switched up my routine and now I do this video every Wednesday and Saturday. Update 1 year later, I do this every other 2 days along with other exercises.

It’s hard. My ab workout is one set of this, Then I do a 15 min one from saturno movement (which is just as good, but a bit longer)- kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWKwk4WNe6aAa5Y And then another set of this. Then 4*12 hanging leg raises (you can add ankle weights when this gets too easy) Been doing this for 5 times a week about 3 months now and have now got a six pack with 13% body fat, defo recommend that routine to anyone reading this comment

@@jaisraj7827 no problem mate, there’s loads of good ab exercises u can do without a bar, l-sit crunches or even just hollow body crunches as well as the static holds are great. You’re better off just doing like 3 sets of 12 of very slow and controlled lying leg raises than a lot of an videos on KZbin. Proper form is what’s gonna get u a 6 pack, not these “6-pack an workout videos

This workout is insane - I've been struggling to find really good ab workouts that leave me in legitimate pain afterwards and I swear to god - you will FEEL your lower abs even after like 2 days

I love this video because it’s one of the few core workouts that I can’t complete on KZbin without taking a break. This takes me basically to muscle failure which is really amazing

The pain is real but i managed it (i am 13 years old) but it was still the hardest workout i found . I have been using your workouts for the last 2 weeks and have been working out for 3 weeks total .your workouts are the best keep it up Ps .pls dont start to say i am lying i am actually 13 years old if you dont believe me, fine i just wanted to give my feedback

Been doing this for about a week now. I was doing ab work outs previous to this for a solid month, but I gotta say this is the best ab work out that I’ve used, combined with a good diet I’ve gotten really solid results in a short amount of time. I’ll definitely be using this.

I havnt done something like this in around 2 months since i took to mostly calisthenics and Crossfit compound exercises. Being able to do the Dragon flag, around the worlds etc i know i dont have a weak core. In saying that, i completed this exercise once and yes, my abs are on fire which means alot considering this was only 5 minutes!! huge congrats as yes, this is one of the most intense that i have done from youtube.

If you do this often enough, roughly 3 or 4 times a week for several weeks you will have changes. However, abs are made in the kitchen not in a workout. Eat right and get that body fat percentage down.

Been doing Brendan Meyers ab wornouts all quarantine and have seen major gains. Paired with weight training and cardio (jump ropes, box jumps, running in place) all at home, I’ve been able to build my physique up. Paired with a keto style diet and no process sugar + minimal processed carbs and I’ve worked my way to 10% body fat. I still have a couple 70% chocolate chips every now and then as a treat but that’s it.

I started this workout two days ago and it was hard but I didn’t feel it badly and today when I woke up my core was so sore so I didn’t the workout tonight and it hurt so bad my abs are on fire

It's actually not that difficult (still challenging though, not saying otherwise) if you're used to such ab workouts. Athlean-X and Anabolic Aliens have plenty of very difficult and challenging workouts. (Especially, Jeff's ones, these are the hardest by far!)

Bro Brendan. I did this work out the first day did entire workout. Next day I did it again in the morning. ATTEMPTED to complete the work out again that afternoon, and reached complete muscle failure for days. From the bottom of my heart thank you, your a complete inspiration.
