One line I was sad they cut from the books was when he was talking to Bran after the execution. "Can a man still be brave if he’s afraid?" "That is the only time a man can be brave."
@aliensconfirmed34985 ай бұрын
Damn that's the dialogue I was looking for. I thought I had seen it in show but I suppose reading it in book and imagining Sean Bean say it created false memory of having seen it in the show.
@RageArtEnthusiast5 ай бұрын
@@aliensconfirmed3498 it was in the show. but it was Rob Stark quoting him instead.

@@RageArtEnthusiastyes, when he was talking to the foreign girl, his future wife, Talissa (also a major change from the books). Not sure why they decided to add it in later rather than let Sean Bean say it in dialog, but it at least makes sense that if he said it to Bran, he probably said it to Robb at some point as well.

Sean Bean delivered these lines so well man, crazy how much of an impact he had on the story dying as early as he did

I want North prequel shows. They could have easily done Young Ned and Robert during the rebellion whilst Game of Thrones had a 2 year hiatus before a finale.v

The fact that he was going to tell Jon the truth knowing the king hates Targaryans and how that would of changed the whole game within 2 seasons.
@alosterionwrynnАй бұрын
But would it change anything? Jon was already a member of the night’s watch. In the books Jon will learn eventually about his true parentage from Bran, Howland Reed, his uncle Ben etc and clearly George Martin won’t finish his books. In the show he learns about it and he “doesn’t want it”

"You grew up with actors... You learnt their craft well...But i grew up with soldiers, I learnt do die a long time ago" There was a comradery and understanding for death, i dont think modern soldiers have, at least not to the same extent. Swordsmen trained their whole lifes for the moment where they face a foe, snipers/gunman only train to aviod the foe. best line from ned
