That Bretzel stretch is an absolutely fantastic way for me to release my spine. It only seems to work on one side however whatever exercises I do it feels like my spine unwinds on one side. On the other side I get no release at all despite my best efforts. I’m pretty sure this isn’t ideal but I’ve no idea what to do about it. The fact that it seems to work really well on one side suggest to me that I’m doing the exercise at least mostly properly.
