This diet is only for elites not for middle class. And how do you expect weight loss after eating paneer and dry fruits on daily basis? Kindly help

Begin your day with fruits to stay healthy. And try to have only fruits till 12pm. You can add coconut water , lemon water or cold press orange juice in between.

Mam can you suggest diet plan for sports people. Like a diet plan that increase strength but not weight. If we don't consume enough protein then we have muscle and strength loss.

Though this is for everyone and results are amazing. You may replace the mentioned food items with protein rich items like broccoli, paneer, rajma etc. But to stay healthy stick to this schedule.
