@RobwLPOC3 жыл бұрын
@@saraberisha6773 you obviously missed the point horribly. That means she has redeeming qualities. That type of natural interaction with people it's not something that you can teach. You can teach good customer service, you cannot teach charisma and the so-called it Factor with an employee like that who will put a smile on your customers face just being around them. To use professional wrestling as an example, there were a number of people who were not very good at their jobs as wrestlers. The Ultimate Warrior for example sucked absolute donkey balls as an in-ring wrestler. He was a huge star because he had charisma. There have been guys who are extremely good in the ring Like George South Ric Flair would get in trouble for having great matches with instead of slaughtering him. A number of guys like him were just able to make a living at it because they did not possess any natural charisma. If somebody made her bartender without any proper training you blame the person who didn't train her. By watching the way she interacted with the customers, you can tell she's a keeper an would be a great asset to the company with the proper training. He can have the greatest bartender on Earth, but if they have the personality of Droopy the dog, people aren't going to think twice about them
