About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on KZbin.
At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

Chef Hiroyuki Terada is using the Minonokuni Matsu-1573 210mm Yanagi. Super Blue Steel. Can also be used for breaking down whole fish and chickens. But normally for slicing, sashimi, vegetables, meat etc.. This is Chef Hiro's custom specked knife.

You can just defrost them, warm them in the microwave, and toss them with salt. You don't even have to really cook them, I believe they're pre-boiled in the package.

I added a bit of my own touch to it, and added just a little bit of wasabi to the soy sauce, it give it an amazing touch without overpowering the rest of the flavours! Delicious and one of the best plant based protein sources🌱!!

Remember Edaname is a bean and like other beans diabetics need to be mindful that they are a high glycemic food

I love edamame. Something i've always done is just added some szechuan chilli oil I make at home to it. I'll have to try this tho.

This looks delicious. I'm a little bit confused about the difference between ichimi togarashi and shichimi togarashi. Could anyone explain the difference please? I only have shichimi togarashi. Should I get ichimi togarashi?

Ichi-mi togarashi mean "one" pepper - it's just chili peppers. Shichi-mi togarashi means "Seven" peppers - it's a mixture of spices. It's fine to use Shichimi, but it'll be less spicy.

What do the beans taste like? Also they have ichimi tagarashi at Amazon. Exactly the one us use. But I didnt buy that one yet because you used in one of your other meals and I was wondering is it hot spicy

Hiroyuki, I couldn't tell, but I assume you remove the soybeans from the shell.. Right? So, could the shelled soybeans be cooked the same way? Then the beans would absorb more flavor. Cheers, Rik Spector

Same. I'd recommend getting some red beans and chili paste from any asian supermarket and adding like half a tablespoon onto the pan.
