Sir Pranam I am having naturaltein whey isolate in the morning before breakfast mostly in empty stomach then after 3hours I have my oats and after 3hours I have my lunch (dal chawal sabji ) and before 1 hour before workout take some peanuts apple and black coffee and post workout 5-6 eggs and dinner 200gm paneer with dal and rice (less quantity) to complete my 100gm protein as my body weight is 75 (1.4x of body weight) . I have some questions for you 1 is my diet is safe and healthy for muscle gain and fat loss ? 2 is it okey to have whey protein in empty stomach (whey with water) 3 should I add this before workout so as to enhance my only protein requirements and increase my protein daily intake? Need to tell you sir , I am beginner and tried my hands with the gym just before 1month . Hope you will reply me sir and give answer to all my queries 😊

I bought the new berry flavoured plant protein 2 weeks ago just to try and I am not very happy with it. 1. When I open the box my entire room smells berries. 2. It changes color when I add it to water and it feels a bit too chemical ish. It was light on my stomach had no issues with that. I guess I will be sticking to whey conc. which works best for me.

Sir I’m using naturaltein products for a long time but i have to say that this product is very costly. I agree that ingredients are of superfine quality but sir please consider my math As i have gained 20 kgs i have consumed grow mass mass gainer of grow labs ( lab tested one ) so sir to be in calories surplus for endomorphs my maintenance calories was around 2300-2400 calories and to gain i have to add 300-400 more calories so consuming a total of 2600-2800 calories which is too much to eat . So i was consuming 2300 calories from diet resr from gainer .Your 50 gm serving size contains only 200 calories and to have a total of 400 calories i have to take 100 gm daily which is costing around 6000 rs of this product ( 30 servings of 50gm rs 3100*2 =6200 rs for 100 gm daily for 30 days ) while grow mass is costing me around 2200 rs ( i agree that it contains Maltodextrin as well ) so sir please bring an alternative to this which is budget friendly also keeping in mind the goals of endomorphs like us as well where a full month servings can come under 3000 rs . The homemade shake I’m not making earlier i used to make that it feels bloated and heavy for long and I can’t other meals then . Moreover I’m consuming 2400 calories from diet only , the point was for that extra 200-400 calories which this meal replacement shake is providing same as gainers . Let me connect with you on any platform so i can discuss this with you as I don’t see any diff between the labels of a gainer and this meal replacement apart from removing the wrong ingredients which are unhealthy for our body rest nutritional label is almost same cabs fats protien vitamins etc
