Thanks for this - It has been so helpful. Not anywhere near ultra territory yet but I do have an iron man and 50miler on the bucket list. I am doing Milton keynes Marathon in May and hopefully a 30mile trail run in Salisbury in September. I have managed to get a sub 2hr half now but I feel like concrete when I run. Inspired by David Goggins (whom does 2hrs of stretching a night) to start getting a stretching/yoga routine going to loosen up. Already noticed a difference with this video. I wondered if you had any other stretching/yoga routines you do that we could add onto this. I know there are other videos but they go onto long at first where as this was a simple 10min straight to the point routine.
