Sir please make a video on a full day vegetarian meal for muscle building. (Don't even include eggs) milk products are fine. Please sir as a vegetarian it's hard to know what to eat all day. Whether I should eat paneer or what in all meals. And how to complete all the macro and micro nutrients (thanks to you I learned this by watching your channel) . bhai mujhe aapki videos osi liye pasand hai kyuki aap suni sunayi baat nahi krte or google se reserch krke nahi bolte. aapne yeh sab khud try kiya hai aur yeh aapka apna experience hai. mujhe Guru Mann ki videos achhi lgti thi. lekin agar aap uske reviews dekhe toh woh sirf label ko dekh kr review deta hai. woh toh hum khud bhi bodybuilding dot com par dekh skte hai.

Ty so mch for helping us for our workouts and achieving the goals we want. I would like to remind you 1 thng regarding the preworkout caffeine drink that Green tea is really good for health but it is not good to be consumed with any other food as it hampers the absorption of iron in the gut from the food we consume. So it is best to consume green tea whenevr you have a break of 2 hrs before and after meals. P.S this is according to my knwledge may be thats not correct help me if im wrng.

@@hiteshjoshi3148 hi bro,I workout only for general fitness and good look so i do no intense workout. I take nothing special as pre-workout in summer. Because in summer, body easily gets enough heat for workout. In winter i eat brown bread with peanut butter because workout session is longer than summer. As post workout supplements i take whey protein and very small amount of creatine..
