I'm a doctor wanna share my story.. my stamina decreased day day from day 1 of starting gym, I wasn't on any supplements.. thn I started on multivits and omega 3.. and also started taking Pre workout of C4 ripped after a month... and as u said supplements are necessary I felt it on myself.. my skin looked younger and my stamina awa strength got boosted..

Creatine is the best supplement for body building from my experience. I was increasing 10KG weight for squats every month and after taking creatine I started increasing 10KG weight every 2-3 weeks. I was worn out after every workout but I still feel full of power after workouts after I started taking creatine.

When you don't have money then why do you have to waste it on mass gainers? You can make your own natural mass gainers instead using peanut butter oats banana milk etc etc ... So when you're using your brain ... Use it effectively not partly !

I have seen many people (ectomorphs) getting their dream physiques with mass gainers. They didn’t depend on mass gainers for protein,they take their pure protein from whole foods. It’s impossible for many people to eat every 3hours to complete there 3000/4000 cals. Mass gainer is just a shortcut only for extremely ectomorph.

I'm an ectomorph 26 yrs old...started my journey 1 year ago with body weight 49kg...right now my weight is 67 kg nd I have never tried mass gainer in my life just whey nd creatine. Even though mass gainer is cheap I can easily afford it but it is not good for our health nd I want muscle not fat...even extreme ectomorphs can get fat.
