Thank you so much!! 💜💕 I use both to be honest. I like getting both treatments at once (strength and moisture) I focus the moisture on the roots and protein on the ends (pre relaxed hair) I find that works best for me

Hey my Florida sis!! 😁💕 Cynthia, Thanks for tuning in! Yes, def try all products and check out the regimen in part 1 (they go hand in hand). All the stylists i know are a good distance away from you. I would check Yelp and look at the reviews for dominican stylists in your area. Make sure they are into haircare and they only relax your hair every 8-12 weeks. If they try to relax you every 4 or 6 weeks, don't go there! dash outta there super fast! 😁

Hi my Dear! I'm so happy to have you tune in from Africa! That is awesome! No, i actually dont use much protective styling (i tried jumbo knotless braids for 3 months which was okay) I mostly wrap my hair every single night and use a satin jersey durag. 😀

@@TowaniZimba my dear protective styling should not thin your hair. Im sure your hair is thinning bcos the protective styles are too right. So avoid tight styles, also try to moisturize and seal your hair even in protective styles

How do you deal with your hair before and after exercise?

Hi Adele! to be honest, I actually leave it out while i work out and i sweat a lot in my scalp!! lol. You can try a loose ponytail in the back to keep sweat of your hair) I let it air dry and wash every weekend to get all the salt out it. I also don't put extra stuff in my hair (like grease and gel) That will make it MORE dirty. I find that helps.

Hey Kameron! 💜💕 I left is air dry only half way. You want it to be slightly wet to have the wide tooth comb slip through. I air dry sometimes but air drying makes my hair look frizzy. 😆
