When you work out, how do you maintain? What’s the washing regimen?

Ooh idk if they have it stores but they sell a shorter length of this hair! I think it comes as short as 14" (I could be mistaken though)

I like the invisible root method for Marley twists but everything else gotta get that braid first because the slippage is ridiculous!

up to you and your hair !! It's been said to not keep protective styles in too long so I would take them out at the 4 week mark personally but some can go beyond that ! 6-8 weeks
