You are correct-we gave our daughter a special week with the grandparents and took an adults trip to Banff! We are so happy you enjoyed the video! And that is a great question about the fermented pizza dough and digestion. The server explained it to us but didn’t mention that so now we are curious. We can tell you this though-the dough was absolutely delicious

You had me at brewery. Amy and I would definitely take part! Beers all around. And bao buns! Hmmm I am adventurous and would try elk. Such a unique spot. Great little town. Sounds like a great Friday. Beaver tail was huge. You guys always find the good coffee! Bison yes please. If you’re in Canada I think poutine is a must. Great video. Love your choices of course! 🎉

Thank you so much! We are so happy you enjoyed it. Everyone goes to Banff for the incredible nature (which is obviously worth it), but we couldn’t believe how good the food scene.
