Add 1 T. cornstarch or rice flour for a really crispy outside. I added 1 tsp of season salt too. Very yummy with my homemade bean sprouts and shrimp. Thanks for sharing.

I did make this w/fresh frozen sockeye salmon(cause thats what I had)and it turned out great! I will make it again! I am however a huge fan of the seafood medley and will plan on making this dish just like you says the next time. Thanks for the idea Chef Buck! Love your videos and recipes! Keep on Rockin in the Free World!

digging this channel. lots of good ideas. I'm glad you are not too strict with your recipes. that can sometimes discourage people that don't have exact ingredients. subscribed this morning.

Thanks, that's a very kind comment. I write out a recipe in the description and have printable recipes on my website as guides for folks making a dish for the 1st time, but I rarely make the exact same dish twice because I'm not measuring out ingredients when I cook...cooking is all about familiarity and taste...sometimes I'm in a spicier mood, sometimes I've got something in the fridge I need to get rid of, sometimes I'm in a hurry and want to skip a step...for me, cooking is about satisfying a desire and being creative with the ingredients I have on hand.

Ardent Dfender Thanks...I love this dish. Asian inspired recipes are a lot of fun--I think because they are so different from the dishes I grew up eating in the Southeast US.

Just made this. Absolutely delicious. I can eat this all the time. And I am proud of myself for learning how to flip pancakes, because I wanted to make this so much! P.S.: I used apple cider vinegar because I didn't have rice vinegar and the sauce was delicious.

I would never have thought to add the egg to the top of the pancake, instead of into the batter. This is awesome and easy! I used a few shrimp and a Tilapia loin chopped up. Also added frozen peas, and spiced up the sauce with Sriracha.

Yes, i did finished and it was a success indeed , I made two of them, one with egg included in the batter, and one just like yours, I liked the second one more because it was more crispy, the other one was poofier. I don't like how many people slice the bell pepper that way. it looks nice for the camera but they waste way too much of it. It's better to just cut the entire thing lengthwise and shake out the seeds. That's how grannies around the world have been doing it for centuries. great recipe btw.
