You're so right about not getting too "comfortable" with the Tula brand: I bought one of their cleansers during an Ulta sale, and the scent was so strong that it triggered my allergies. I sneezed like crazy and blew my nose constantly for an hour after using it! I will never use it again! 🤧 I do like those Peach Slices Deep Blemish Microdarts! They're fantastic!

I bought Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum because of you - absolutely loved it! My favorite product I ever used. I also bought Cosrx Advanced Snail Essence (travel size) - didn't do anything for me. Maybe it was even causing some small breakouts.

Alice, that DDG sunscreen is amazing. I grabbed it as an impulse in store despite standing my "this is too expensive!" soapbox after seeing your review. I have oily skin and this makes me look dewy but not greasy, and is a PERFECT base for my makeup. Foundation goes on smooth, pores look great and stays that way all day. Yes, it's over priced but I will be repurchasing. Definitely agree on the ELF happy hydration, I am sure it helps keep irritation down from my retin-a too. The honey mask is 🤩.

I love Elf’s Happy Hydration, as well as their CBD Moisturizer. At night, I use Pyunkang Yul’s Calming Moisture Repair Balm with Chiasm Skin Horizon. I have other moisturizers and oils in my collection, but these are my favorites!! ❤️

Huzzah! Great vid ☺️ We've said it before, but oh my gosh that I'm From mask. I've honestly found my holy grails in Pyunkang Yul; Their cleansing balm, foaming cleanser, that ampoule, and the nutrition cream are things I now just can't go without. When I started on Tret the nutrition cream eased that irritation to such an extent I call it my miracle cream. Beauty of Joseon is a favourite, I'd like to try that bubble toner and I'd love to try Glow recipe but I'm afraid that I'll react to the fragrance..leave on products. You know the deal x Definitely would like to add G&G and good molecules to the try list ☺️

I mean I know I've seen like all of your videos but every time I'm just shocked at how similar our taste in skin care is lol. Dry acne twins!! You got me hooked on the fresh cleansing treatment and my skin LOVES it. I go through phases being really on it with my skin routine and then depression not allowing me to leave bed, and I keep that product right at arms length. It helps me feel like less of a failure and my skin is always so clear and fresh in the am 🥰🥰

Tula really appealed to me and I ended up trying the mineral magic sunscreen and it's become my favorite sunscreen. It does something to my skin that makes it look so healthy and radiant but Tula isn't cheap. I will continue to buy that sunscreen though because I love it so much. Really want to try the clear it up gel now!

I've been really enjoying the Kinship Papaya Gentle Enzyme Face Cleaner. I use it every night, either by itself or as the second step of a double cleanse. It doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped and dry, but doesn't feel like it's leaving a film on my face either like some hydrating cleansers do. And it smells like papaya, which it's fun.

I just tried something new for my life-long acne prone combo to oily skin - the Sephora brand hemp night serum. Yes, the pump sucks like a lot of the reviews say but it works. It evens out my skin tone, prevents and treats existing acne like no other! 💖 For me it works like a miracle. I'll get around the pump issue happily. My favorite face wash I've ever tried for acne is the Alba acne deep pore face wash in the white and green bottles. The body scrub in that line works great too. (The toner on the other hand broke me out.) It's so good to find the major players that come through for your particular skin chemistry. These are mine. Good luck to all the seekers! I love belifs moisturizing bomb!!! Its my #1. Used it for years faithfully. Would Like to have another option. I do like skin plus barrier but both of these items are kinda pricey but not bad but would like to have another option maybe with ceramides and Peptides to strengthen my skin barrier. I'd say my favorite ceramide-rich moisturizers are Stratia's Liquid Gold (lightweight but repairing) and a newbie to me, the Ghost Democracy Cocoon Cream (suuuper thick, my dry skin loves it!) Hmm I'll have to think about both peptides and ceramides in one though, especially bc that No 7 retinol covered my peptides for so long haha. Thank you so much! ☺️

Like always love hearing your favorites! Question- I know they changed the formula for the primera miracle seed essence. In my opinion the ingredient list doesn’t look as good as before- looks like there’s less of the lotus seed which makes me feel iffy like they downgraded it. I liked the mini of the original essence I tried, but wasn’t sure if it was worth buying the full size with the formula change. Thoughts?

Price is a big factor for me (especially right now - life change stuff lol), so Primera. I considered the Donginbi essence also, which is in between pricing and also an excellent option I’ll say: If the price doesn’t bother you, the SK-II is nice, but I’m also thoroughly convinced that a lot of why you hear things like “I’ve used this for 10 years and swear by it” is not entirely the product, but also the consistency of use. So ultimately: use what you will enjoy enough/be able to afford enough to stick with! Hope that helps explain?

I have a question; What Vitamin A product do you recommend for someone that's never used a Retinol product before to start out with? I'm 57 and I have mature dry, acne/break out prone skin and I struggle with clogged pores and hyperpigmentation from sun damage and break outs. My skin can be sensitive, and I have some unidentified allergies but I also randomly can tolerate products that may be too harsh for sensitive skin. I'm late getting into skin care and wearing sunscreen and I'm still figuring out what all my skin can tolerate and my allergies. Thank you for all that you do! I'm learning so much from you! Thanks so much, fixed! I’d recommend a retinol. Any retinol product that discloses their TRUE percentage and not just the “retinol complex”. The No 7 is good (but alternate days) or you could go lower, to .1-.2% ☺️

It’s a slow healing process since I had every single one of my sinuses opened up and cleaned out. And I’m totally cool with that bc since November I’ve been sick with sinus/bronchitis/ear infections nonstop. This slow recovery time is a small price to pay to not get sick all the time. Hopefully no more surgeries. 🤞🤞 Thanks for asking.
