Dear sir.... Meri C -5 C-6 Anterior Cervical Disectomy ho chuki h, or 8 din se meri gardan bahot akad chuki h, or mai bager pillow hi soti hu.... To jaise apne bataye h ki Cervical pillow le skte... To ye kis type ki lena chahiye, sir

apke case me pillow patla use karna hai .... aur mujhe ye bataiye k Aapki surgery kab hui thi... kyunki iss surgery k baad strengthening exercise bahot zaruri hai nhi toh aap puri life pareshan rahengi... aap 8860427588 par call kariye exercises bata dunga yaha aur cervical pillow ka link bhej dung
